Structural Project Manager

Job Description:

• To manage the construction works of the project to which he has been assigned in order to ensure that targets are achieved
• To manage and develop the assigned subordinates in order to optimize workable time in construction
• To review and control continuous improvement and optimization activities in order to ensure optimum efficiencies in ongoing basis
• To review and control sufficient competent technical resources are available in order to effectively perform construction activities
• To maintain inter and infra-functional coordination to ensure that construction plans and schedules are integrated
• To monitor and provide recommendation towards safe and environmentally friendly working procedures in order to ensure the excellent safety record and encourage employee participation in health and safety matters in order to comply with statutory requirements and HSE expectation
• To consolidate and review reports from subordinates/team members in order to ensure thea accurate presentation of monthly and annual reports for decision making purposes
• To perform knowledge sharing and update construction technical expertise in order to enhance the professional development within the organization
• Calculating the cost of construction of a building
• Able to coordinate and cooperate with civilian teams

Requirements:

• Age maximum 40 years
• Education minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Civil Engineering / Architecture
• Minimum 5 years as Project Manager / Site Manager in FACTORY and WAREHOUSE spec Steel Construction
• Experience of at least 10 years old and have a work experience of FACTORY and WAREHOUSE spec Steel Construction
• Computer literate (Ms. Office, Ms. Power Project / Primavera, Auto CAD, Internet). Master of computer software such as Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Ms. Project, drawing techniques and implementation in the field
• Able to handle multiple projects with both in term of schedule, budget control and cash flow management
• Having strong leadership and able to work in a team to coordinate the implementation of a compact
• Having a high initiative, proactive, and good problem solver
• Accustomed to working under pressure and targets
• Used to make a project progress report
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Precedence has SKA Engineering Building
• Mastering construction management
